Customer can give us call or email. Our representatives can contact them in turn to get a detailed information of what they need. Once we get the all info we need, we try to provide them with the required services accordingly.

Do you take remote control of a computer?

It depends as if you ordered a customer software for yourself and it require installation or if any product need a certain configuration on a specific device, our  SE's(Service or Support Executives) would do that with customer's consent.

Why is my computer running slow?

This could be a combination of things, from insufficient RAM to needing a good tune-up. If you have less than 768 MB of RAM with Windows XP or less than 2 GB (2048 MB) with Windows Vista, consider adding more RAM. We can help you do this easily. Otherwise, we offer a VERY comprehensive tune-up that can speed up your computer by at least 300 percent. Our tune-up process is several times more detailed than tune-ups offered by others.

  • Other reasons for computer being slow......
  • Computer infected with, virus, trojan, spyware, adware, etc..
  • Low disk space.
  • Hard drive failure.

I think I can speed up my computer by removing photos and documents from my hard drive.

This will only help a little. There are key differences between your hard drive and RAM. Your files and programs are stored on your hard drive, and only become active in RAM when you have them open. More likely, you have too many programs that load and run in the background when you turn on your computer. You should, however, only attempt to disable these if you know exactly what you are doing.

I accidentally deleted a file and it isn't in my recycle bin. Can I recover it?

If you deleted it in the last 24 hours, stop using the computer and call us. When you delete a file, your computer normally just marks the beginning of that space as free or unused. If another file has not been saved to that area, your deleted file may be recoverable.

My computer won't boot. Did my hard drive crash? Is everything lost?

Most likely, no. Computers can stop booting for literally hundreds of reasons. Only a handful of these possibilities include loss of data. Even if we cannot make your computer boot again, we can usually transfer your data to another computer. If your drive did crash, the data may still be recoverable by our "clean-room" experts, but you'll need to decide if the cost justifies the need.

I had a problem with my computer, and my husband/brother/friend who "knows a lot about computers" made it worse, or told me I need a new computer. Can you help?

Absolutely! Sometimes people know enough to get themselves into trouble, and then they think all is lost when they can't fix it. This accounts for a large percentage of our clients.

I Think I’ve got a virus and I don’t want to re-format my hard drive. How much will it cost to fix?

That depends on many factors such as what version of Windows you have, how fast your PC is, have you been doing your maintenance (disk cleanup and defrag) every week or so, what virus it is and just what changes the virus has made to your PC. Most take between 1 to 2 hours with about 25% taking up to 3 hours.

My PC is only 2 to 3 years old but now it runs really slow. Can you make it go faster?

Yes we can! Most PCs can run much faster with some simple tweaks here and there and we can even show you how to keep it running fast. Call us for tech help.

I’ve lost my Internet. My provider says it must be a problem with my PC. Can you help?

Yes we can! Perhaps you accidentally made a change to some settings or deleted an important file. Maybe you picked up a nasty from the Internet. Either way we can fix it. So call us for tech help.
